Summary of an Article II-

Summary Don'ts of your article:

  • Pushing your business
  • No emails or url's
  • Repetition of your title
  • In their face promotion
  • Repetition of the author
  • Summary that result in boring paragraphs.

The meat of your article Do's:

Give away some knowledge; show them you are an expert. Use language and words that are indicative of that industry.

Clean sweet and short; there is nothing worst than a creative writer discussing the color of their keyboard as they are feeding you info. Who cares give me juice. Flow that is Soooooo important. You will notice it's harder than it sounds. Especially when you have some dozy keywords.

Bold and Occasionally an italicized word is good;
it will grab the readers attention and it will do wonder for the search engine. Especially if you can somehow use that bolded word as your keyword.

All links and call to action should be in your resource area; this is your bread and butter. This is how we generate traffic to our website. It's a fact I can show you my log file numbers. They had doubled since I have been using this method.

Flirt with your reader; entice them make them want more in the body. Let your words manipulate them to click on your link. This is what you want after all.

Article Body Don'ts:

Sell: Keep in mind the pros pout there will pick up on your sales pitch in a heart beat and won't publish your stuff. It's that simple. At least the big guns that you want to submit your articles to.

Links: Keep those puppies for your resource box. Don't anchor the text in the body of the article you will just simply be rejected. Simple as Nancy Reagan used to say, "Just say NO"

In conclusion the reason you are writing this article is to inform your reader. Give them the pertinent information without trying to sell them. Think about all those car salesman that is what your article will sound like. Cheap and tawdry blah who wants that!
